Your Order

We require full payment upon receipt of your order. We will only process and manufacture/dispatch orders once cleared payment has been received. Please ensure all information on your order is correct including all contact details for future communication.

Following receipt of an order and payment, a confirmation email will be issued.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or find you have ordered the incorrect product for your car, please contact us via our website and we will endeavour to resolve your query or arrange to return the item to us.

Please note the company reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee with regard to returns of up to 20% at their discretion.

Please note, with regard to any returned items. The company does not cover the cost of any return postage.

Upon receipt of your returned goods. We will issue the agreed refund to your account within 3 days.

If you would like to upgrade your car mats once received, please contact us via our website to make arrangements to return your item and request a suitable replacement. We do charge a postage fee of £4.95 to cover your replacement set of car mats together with our standard re- stocking fee.

Products with Defects

Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of your order if there is any fault. Please email a photograph showing the defect/problem and send them to We will try to ensure a replacement is supplied within 48 hours of receipt of your complaint.
